Monitor Overview
The Monitor Tab is used to present the Event’s Activities to the audience along with the option to connect to and control various hardware devices. This overview will not go into deep detail of the hardware as far as installation or configuration but will mention only the basic capabilities. Please see the “Connecting Hardware” help section for more details on hardware.
The Monitor Tab screen consists of 5 primary panels that each have a role in the presentation. Below is a brief description of each panel. Please tap the panel name for a more in-depth description of each panel and it’s contents. Additional features are available on the toolbar and the context menu, the rightmost button on the toolbar.
Monitor Panel - The Monitor panel consist of a display of the slide, Display Selection and the playback controls for the presentation. With an external monitor attached a tab is available to allow displaying the content to the external monitor. Additionally if a UVC device is attached a UVC tab can also display the configured HDMI input.
Control Panel - The Control panel allows the configuration and access of up to 5 screens for controlling hardware and activities. Selecting tabs at the bottom of the Control panel allow selecting the alternative screen displays.
Control Board - A highly customizable screen of buttons that allows for centralized control of the hardware for the presentation. Button type include Action Buttons, ATEM controls, ATEM Macros and HomeKit Switches.
Ad Hoc Activities - The grid of buttons of the Ah Hoc Activities.
ATEM Controls - (not displayed) - A standard array of buttons for the ATEM Mini Switch.
ATEM Macros - (not displayed) - An array of macro buttons as defined for the ATEM Mini Switch.
HomeKit - Buttons for each HomeKit control
Event Status Panel - Useful information about the status of the presentation
Audio / Video Status Panel - Feedback on the current audio or video playback.
Ordered Activities Panel - Selectable thumbnails of each Activity Slide.
