Monitor Pane
The Monitor Pane is divided into three Different sections
The Monitor Display - The current page of the content of the Event Presentation.
Display Selection - Shows the current Monitor selection’s name or the tab selector if more than one Monitor Display type is available.
Presentation Playback Controls - A variety of controls that may be used to control the presentation.
The Monitor Display and the Display Selection areas shows the presentation content in one of three ways.
Preview - The full presentation as it will display. The below image is the default instructions when a presentation is not playing. Without any additional hardware connected, a label indicating the Display Connection is the Preview Window. It is possible to display the presentation only on the iPad in full screen mode. See Presentation Playback Controls below for more details.

2. External Display - This option is only available when connected to an External Monitor. The below image is the default instructions when a presentation is not playing. With the External Monitor attached the option to display the presentation output to the preview or the external monitor are available as seen in the image below. The content visible on an external monitor will display in the area below with the exception of playing video. For playing video the thumbnail is displayed while the actual video plays on the external monitor.

3. UVC Display - Display the input video from Febon - USB UVC webcam to iOS adapter & hdmi output. With an adapter this is generally an HDMI video source. The ability to select the display type is only available the the UVC adapter is connected to the iPad. This option is fully described an explained in the “Connecting Hardware“ help section. When viewing the Multiview with in DirectorStudio, the display allows menu using the toolbar button and touch interaction to select sources, start and stop recording and streaming, directly with the output display.

The Monitor Playback area is a collection of seven buttons that drive in the Event presentation. The meaning of each button from left to right is displayed below.
Play / Pause - Begin the presentation and then toggle between pausing and playing during the presentation.
Stop - Stops the presentation playback.
Previous Activity Slide - Moves to the previous slide - Not available if paused
Next Activity Slide - Moves to the next slide - Not available if paused
Mute / Unmute Audio - Toggles muting Background and Activity Audio Activities. Does not effect Spoke Word playback. To halt Spoke words please pause the Event.
Toggle Full Screen - Allow displaying the Monitor Display as full screens full screen hiding all the other panels. This is useful when presenting directly from the iPad.
Toggle Enabling Activity Slide transitions - Allows disabling all transitions during a presentation. This could be helpful when displaying the iPad display directly for a Zoom video call.
Toggle PIP - Turn Picture in Picture on or off for the selected camera
The functions may also be executed using the Command Keys when an external monitor is connected.
